In addition to being a creative executive, he leads creative development teams in ventures in Israel & USA alike. Furthermore, Ben specializes in leading organizational processes, as well as characterizing user experience in the immersive entertainment field.
Ben's uniqueness and professional vision is the combination of human textures and musical cultures into a new creation, at the center of which one theme always stands out - social change.

Born, raised, and orphaned in Tel Aviv in the ‘Neighborhood of Hope’, a troubled area that nurtured the most prominent key feature in his initiatives - a sense of belonging.
At a young age he found comfort in music and gathered around his piano the neighborhood kids forming a youth movement in Israel called ‘VOCATIKVA’ - the voices of hope - promoting musical education to bring harmony and a sense of belonging into troubled neighborhoods.

After graduating from JAMD with a degree in composition and orchestra conducting, he became a wanted composer, pianist, and choir and orchestra director, and created the musical arrangements for the drama series ‘The Conductor’. In addition, Ben conducted orchestra and choir recordings and performed locally and internationally with his choirs until he met with his co-creators and brought life to Koolulam where he gave life to and manifested the methodology, language and principles of mass singing events.
The essence of Koolulam was formed by the urgent need to tell a new story of harmony through the powerful tools of music, this time, to the masses.
The social initiative became a well-known success story all over the world, with sold-out performances in Brazil, Mexico, Australia, France, Canada, the UK and more. With crowds of up to 18K at a time, this initiative truly generates change. As a musical visionary, he even inspired JLO’s halftime performance in which she chose to bring her daughter to be a part of his unique arrangement and message.

Today, eight years after, with world recognition and much international attention and awards,

Ben is leading and developing teams in the US, creating a new brand targeted for the American market.
His experience was not limited to stage alone, during the Covid-19 lockdowns, Ben hosted and produced several TV shows and holiday specials for Israel’s national broadcaster KAN via his rooftop, with well-known musicians in a new original format called ‘The Voice of the Hood’.

He is also a mesmerizing keynote speaker, leading musical workshops that are based on his vast experience with his social initiatives, generating social change through music and his life's story. In his latest lecture - ‘Be Hearticulate‘, Ben uses his musical tools combined with his stand-up comedy skills to weave together a fascinating story about hope, music, and inspiration.
